New York keeps delivery honest with a few non-negotiables. Here's the short list, so nothing surprises you at the door.
21+ with ID, at the door. The person who ordered shows the same valid government ID used at checkout. No ID, no handoff — drivers can't leave orders unattended, with a doorman, or with your roommate.
Westchester addresses only. Homes, apartments, offices with permission — anywhere in the county. We can't cross county or state lines, and we can't deliver to schools, playgrounds, or federal property.
Same-day windows, live at checkout. Order early for the widest choice; the menu shows real windows for your address. Big storm on the river? Windows shift — we'll text.
Sealed, labeled, discreet. Orders arrive in plain, child-resistant packaging with your receipt and lab info inside. The car doesn't say cannabis; the driver won't either.
